The sandwiches that I ordered are really not sandwiches. As you can see in the pictures, they are ribs and meatloaf with a piece of corn bread each. Then proteins taste decent, but not what I expected (a bit messy). Also, I actually ordered a pork chop sandwich along with the Barbequed Ribs Sandwich and Meatloaf Sandwich. However, when the order arrived, only two items arrived. Looking at my Doordash account, I saw the pork chop sandwich was listed as out of stock and cancelled/ refunded. This left my family with one dish short for three people. The restaurant should have notified me via th app to place a replacement. Totally unprofessional.
We were neglected because the girl at the front desk prioritized serving her friend. It took too long for reheated food to be served. If you don't know the girl at the front, you might want to consider dining elsewhere. Also, be prepared to bring ear protection as the music is very loud 24/7. It's hard to communicate with the staff due to the loud noise. The food was good in the end but I'm not sure if it's worth the hassle.
I absolutely love this place. Their food is plenty for the prices are right every time I’m in town filming. I always make it my business to stop there and grab multiple shrimp platters. There’s other platters and they are as equally tasteful. If I could give it six stars I would. If you are local you definitely want to go here. It is definitely worth the drive.
I'm not sure what happened to Maggie's generous portions. I ordered the Barbequed Ribs Lunch Special and was disappointed to find only one long rib in my container. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and this is my usual order, so I was shocked. It seems like the portions are getting smaller, but the price remains the same.

I recently visited the restaurant on Teaneck Rd after many years, and I was not disappointed. The food was just like home-cooked meals at Grandma's house. I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5.
The portion size for the wings was disappointing, and the potato salad was too watery. The fries were tasty, but the cabbage was overcooked. The cobbler had a hard/tough crust.
Got the baked turkey wing lunch special and the fish lunch special both were pretty good but needed some more seasoning. The Mac was great!
Purchased turkey wings with white ruce and gravy for my husband. He was pleased....and he is picky. The gravy had a nice flavor.Food: 4/5

The fish at Maggies is absolutely delicious! It's always served hot and is definitely my favorite dish on the menu.
If you like down home southern food then this is the place! Newly remodeled and reasonable prices.Food: 5/5
