Popped in for a carvery. The toilets were not clean at all, including blood on the floor in the cubicles. As this was part of the pub downstairs I looked past it before I judged the dining areas. We were seen to quickly and all...the staff we come across seemed genuinely nice and friendly. They were happy to serve and had smiles on their face. The carvery looked like it had potential and the serving station seemed clean and hot. Unfortunately the whole thing was absolutely tasteless and it was luke warm. It was only early, and definitely not near end of service, so I couldn't see this as a reason for the temperature. My partner couldn't eat his. It's a shame as the staff are friendly and it...

was here several times for the carvery, but with kovid 19 her fry dinner is served at her table. I can only say it was terrible cauliflower and cauliflower like musk that produces a lot of water. 3 tiny bratkartoffels like...Grubber and we went for the extra meat! the gammon was smaller than the palm of my hand and the bark was fat. the chef came out to see us and gave us a refund

good for drinks, but very bad for eating I ordered a hot dog with tweezers and a bowl chips my girlfriend ordered a burger, the hot dog come out of plane and when I asked for tweepers they said, u have to ask for twee. if their allergic, although it said with wobbles, asked two workers for spicy and never got them would not recommend this place.

eating was disgusting the burger was like gum sausage was not costed and the ribs was tasty when talking to mangment was not helpful and told us that it was as they always do it and there is nothing they can do about it who I said. she was rude she warns happy about years to the staff just stuffed while the customers waited his disgust Reserva una mesa ahora

I’m sorry to say (because the staff seemed genuinely nice and friendly) but this was the worst carvery I’ve had the misfortune to eat. Everything was bland and the ‘beef’ was overcooked and tasteless m. Won’t be trying again and it’s such a shame as...the venue is perfectly situated and a Sunday Roast is not hard to go right.

Just had a lovely Sunday carvary at magpie we brought my mother-in-law as the access is very good as she is in a wheelchair. Also she can eat down stairs staff are very helpful. There is a good choice of meats and vegetables freshly cooked.

We stayed in Palins caravan park for 7 days. We had our breakfast in Angies which is inside the Magpie and Stump. Both Angie and Paul could not be faulted for their friendliness and food quality. Highly recommended.

Good socially distanced plan inside and outside. Covered table areas in beer garden. Bar staff especially pleasant in difficult circumstances. The youngsters who served food very helpful. Reserva una mesa ahora

Very friendly staff and atmosphere. Never tried the food but looked and smelled nice. Family friendly with play areas.
