At their previous location, Mai Lee was happy to serve food to vegans but they have lost control and no longer are able to do so despite their listings on tripadvisor and their menu. Cook staff and wait staff have no understanding of vegan food. Food is fried simultaneously with meat in the deep fryer and then cooked together with the other vegetables while being listed on the menu as vegan and specifically ordered as such. I have been a strict vegetarian for more than 30 years and I know when I accidentally get contaminated food. The quality of service and food declines with every visit. On our last trip, a full entree was missing from our order, so we had to drive back and wait while they prepared it again. The front staff was rude and dismissive, making us feel like an inconvenience. Last night, we decided to give them another chance, but I received chicken in my vegetarian entree, despite clearly stating that I wanted no meat and only tofu. We also ordered chicken wings, which were completely raw in the center, posing a serious health risk. When we mentioned this, they only offered to remake it if we returned, but at this point, we have no desire to come back.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was excellent, and the customer service was top-notch. As first-time visitors from Lake Moses, we were truly impressed by the amazing lunch specials. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and really enhanced our visit. Amazing Thai cuisine! The service is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The restaurant is spotless, and I absolutely love the remodel. It was my favorite dining spot when I lived in Wenatchee, and I make it a point to eat here at least once every time I visit.
