I was so excited to start working at Starbucks there. But there was absolutely no structure, barely any proper training by the people that needed to train me it was bullied and made fun of in front of customers and nothing was ever done about it I went to managers constantly and they never did anything I finally went in to talk to them and tell them listen I need help here I want to work here but they don't want good reliable mature people working for their company I guess, it's very sad it's very pathetic actually.
