Worst restaurant experience ever! Just left there. The website shows them as busy but it was anything but busy. At first we were greeted by a manager as the hostess was seating someone. We were seated pretty quickly with Jamie, but without menus. We ordered our drinks, 2 teas and a beer. We got the teas but the beer took about 15 minutes, in a restaurant that wasn?t very busy. After waiting another 10 minutes, he came to take our order when we informed him we were still waiting on menus. We were given menus after another 5 minutes. Haven’t been to red lobster in many years and I received a gift card for Christmas and we decided to go. Hubby and I thought ok we will go because we probably wouldn’t be spending much outside of the $75 gift card we would be using. The hostess was very nice and friendly. We were seated right away as there were very few people dining. We order drinks, the drinks we’re actually great, although the bar tender was a lil heavy handed with the alcohol but it was manageable. We order our food and everything was going well until I got full from the biscuits and fried shrimp. I really love this restaurant for many reasons. First of all, the cleanliness of the restaurant and it's old Salty Sea themed decor really set the mood for a great seafood dinner. The service was outstanding from the first time we entered the restaurant till we sat down and ordered our food and drinks. The servers we're very attentive to all our needs and their mood was very uplifting and fun. The menu had a great diverse amount of seafood dinners including daily specials which I found to be outstanding amongst any restaurant for pricing. Haven?t been to Red Lobster in years but tonight I was feeling some of those biscuits! They were just as good as I remembered them to be. Ended up sitting at the bar and Bee was our waitress. Service was incredible and she had us laughing the entire time. Pro Tip: dip the biscuits in the sweet Thai chili sauce!

My son and I went for the 2nd time 2 days ago. Amanda gave us phenomenal service! We ordered the Two for Tuesday Mariner's Feast Food was yummy and good portions with leftovers after having biscuits, the lobster artichoke dip w/ nachos, and our salads. So 2 out of 2 visits went above our expectations!
Plan out amazing!!! It's been way way to long since I've been to a Red lobster so little did I know our location here was just totally perfect in everyway possible. Thanks a ton keep up the great work

My Dasher, Jacob was absolutely wonderful. The food at red lobster as always was fantastic.
