They got my order wrong (how do you forget the cheese on a bagel with egg and cheese?) and charged me extra to boot (and that doesn’t even include the charge for the missing cheese). The bagels here are okay, but I recommend heading to Jewel Bagels down the street for much better options.
I visited a week ago at 8 AM and purchased a dozen bagels. However, when I got home and tried to cut into one, I realized it was stale. They were all from the previous day or even older. I'm done with this place. I've been a customer for many years, but it has really deteriorated.
I’m not sure what their ordering system is like here. I stood there for five minutes feeling pretty awkward, and the staff behind the counter didn’t acknowledge me at all. Eventually, I just decided to leave.
