Just left Main Street Pizza and was really disappointed with the customer service. I walked in and wasn’t greeted. I mentioned I was new to the neighborhood and had heard good things about their food. I was friendly, polite, and patient, but the young woman at the counter and the cook just stared at me. Then they told me they were closed for the day. I asked for a menu since the one on Google only showed six items, but they just gave me blank stares. I love supporting local pizza places, but I won’t be coming back here.
Just moved to the area, decided to try some takeout, Saw this place had really good reviews and I see why, I placed a large order and everything was correct when It got here, very quickly I might add, driver called from outside to let me know he was here, everything was fresh hot and very tasty, veggie pizza was delicious! cooked perfectly, I will definitely order again, would give more than five stars if I could, great job!
I was about to place a delivery order and thought the total seemed a bit expensive, so I wanted to try another place. When I called back to place my order, they answered and then abruptly hung up. I called again, but they repeated the same behavior, essentially refusing to take my order. This was going to be my first time trying their food, but due to poor customer service and rudeness, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
I called to place a delivery order but ended up having a disagreement over the order details. The management was uncooperative and unwilling to help resolve the issue. It seems the pandemic has impacted their customer service negatively. Their approach can easily drive customers away. I would suggest ordering from a different restaurant, definitely not from the Chinese place on Baltimore Ave.

This experience was definitely worth it, and the service was quick. The woman on the phone was very patient and helpful. Being new to the area, I will definitely order again. The pizza and wings were delicious. I prefer my wings with a thicker sauce, but these were tender, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The sauce was flavorful. Highly recommended!
Owners are super nice. They no longer offer the specials because of price changes, but it's okay. Your pizza is still delicious love in this place so I will still buy there to support it. I don't want them to close.
Love their pizza!! I have been ordering from them for years. Great customer service too!!
The food was outstanding—hands down the best burgers in the city, in my opinion.
