Honestly, if the concept of selecting one of the 3 meat options and as many accompaniments as you wish seems original, its limit is reached almost instantly. The portions are small they could be double the size and you would always want. I ordered the chicken with a soy sauce so intensely saumat that it dominated all the other flavors that were supposed to be there. The crushed potatoes and cream were tasty, but poorly served. The drunk leaks were just splashing with a reinvented persillad. The carrot noodles full of flavors, but again, of the size of a tapas. Original simplistic decoration without pretention in an old town house at the very door of the RER Vésinet center with parking. A young team, an efficient and attentive service, a desire to make it clear. Green season salad crunchy, seasoned at 2.5 €! It is sometimes difficult to be creative without distorting the taste of products. It is however a challenge that this cuisine, freshly arrived at the Vesinet, for a very good price ratio. I wish them to stay there for a long time.
