Just when you've given up on finding somewhere that combines great service, amazing food, reasonable prices and outstanding views in this part of Switzerland (where it should be so easy but is somehow so hard) you remember the Crazy Moose. I'd been there before and been impressed (when the Bretaye restaurant hadn't bothered to open despite the tourist office assuring me and five hungry kids that it would be) but this time it excelled my expectations. The best salmon tartar and veggie burgers we'd ever had, polite and friendly service and Judy incredible views. Cannot recommend this place enough.
The duo of tenors are very prosperous. food is very well treated with an exception. Home fries! Not crispy, oil sticks. Even if the fries are "country cut," they leave you a rock on your stomach... lunar, original, sometimes slow. a little lack of attention but otherwise always very nice. not aggressive.Conclusion: 95% positive, 5% to improve (crusty fries and a little more nervous service)
this restaurant, old military base, does not pay mine on the train side. But when you go to the terrace, you'll find yourself in paradise! pleasant service, very good dishes and beautifully presented and exceptional view. lounge area and lounge chairs: perfect for aperitif!! beautiful terrace area, all white and red.
we love to eat there, necessary reservation on weekends and weeks of holidays. charming service. a guest felt that there was too little meat in her salad and the waitress quickly brought a generous refill. pleasant terrace. one of the best addresses on the slopes of the region. Lovely restaurant which now has new signs so it is very easy to find. Nice outside terrace with bar area, which I think is new and then the restaurant is up the stairs with a lovely view over the mountains. Great food and service. Booking is advisable. Would highly recommend.
