Called in to order carry out and was put on hold for 10 minutes with no response. Hung up and called back three times a couple of minutes apart. Each time some guy mumbled Malek 's Pizza please hold as fast as humanly possible and put me on hold again before I could even ask if they were able to-do carry out orders. Since I was right around the corner, I stopped in and tried to politely express my frustration. I was just blown off dismissively before the other said that they 're swamped but not short on customer service . Absolutely laughable. I declined and said I 'd be going to Delia 's instead. I 've never been treated like a nuisance there. Avoid this place if you like being shown basic courtesy.

Maleks is the first place we chose to order out from since the beginning of March and it was so worth it. On top of the excellent food, the owner and staff are always kind and attentive to the customers. I highly recommend the pizza and the italian cold cut sub with everything on it. SO good!!!
