Honestly, I was beyond unimpressed at the service. My sister ordered, specifying when she ordered a juice that there couldn't be any banana in it because of an allergy. After a very long wait, especially considering we were the only people at the cafe waiting for food and not just juices, the food arrived.The breakfast menu features pancakes with 'seasonal' fruit. They came out covered in banana. I took it back in and told the server that when we said no banana, we meant it. She was defensive and entirely unhelpful, talking about how there were multiple dishes ordered so she didn't know it was for the same person with the allergy, and the pancakes came with 'seasonal' fruit. First day back in Maleny after a previous visit 3 months ago. Went in search of coffee and decided to try pallet life. It had been closed every day previously. The setting is very pleasant, live music playing and a big lizard hanging out in the back. My coffee experiences in Maleny had been good so I had my fingers crossed. Sadly the coffee was average. The information on the machine (although given with enthusiasm and a pleasant manner) was misleading, the information on the beans was misleading, the requested very short (25ml) shot was much bigger than that and the ice latte was 7.50! We dropped in for a late lunch and were told that the kitchen was closed despite a sign saying ALL DAY BREAKFASTS.We we told we could have s drink,we opted for smoothies.$8.50 each for a not so large serve .After waiting 10 minutes I asked why they had not started making them,to be told they had to go to the shop to get Ingredients,had to laugh at that one.The green blast smoothie my wife got had no ice and came out very warm,very disappointed.While we were there three other groups came looking for meals and walked away when we told them the kitchen was closed.Don't know who owns this supposed cafe but I can't see it lasting long .Go to Montville,it's much much better.

We visited on a Saturday which I would have expected to be a busy day for a small market. There was some good live music being played and a small selection of food stalls, although nothing that was particularly amazing. There was not really many market stalls to browse through this small alley market.
Great coffee here, neat atmosphere and a tremendous range of interesting, very tasty well cooked food from the Maleny Pie Guy and staff! The gluten free, dairy free, sugarless talents of Maleny Pie Guy ensure my continued support.
Discovered this little gem when walking up and down the main street. It looked so inviting, so we walked through this cute and creative little set up with different stalls and different meal options.
Just enjoyed a delicious samosa with coconut cream sauce from s little curry shop at the market. Amazing flavour! Great coffee available from little shop near opening gate.

Walking up and down the main street, popped into this area for a sticky, very lovely lots of different shops to see. Must visit, very lively
