What horrible service!! Thinking it would be easier I placed an order online for pickup. Prices seemed outrageous but location was convenient for pick up. When I placed the order thought it was the wrong pizzeria so I canceled the order through the app. When I called the owner about the mixup he said it was the right place and that he would make the order and charge me the same price as online. I figured ok. I picked up the order and originally it was $81.24 he then charged me without realizing it $84.11. When I looked at his menu the total price of the items should have been $58.00!! I've visited this restaurant a few times, and the food is decent, especially the chicken stall, which I enjoy. However, I’ve always been put off by the unfriendly attitude of the staff. Today was no exception. When I called to place an order for pickup, the person on the other end sighed and spoke to me with an attitude, providing his name without any greeting or polite introduction. I was really taken aback and ended up thanking him sarcastically. Is it really that hard to get good service in New York? Don't worry; I won't be bothering you for my business anymore. Overpriced pizza for what you get. Don't you come here? re expects every tasteful food. The grandma slice is basically brewed tomatoes added directly from a can without spices. No taste in the granary is more disappointing when it comes to?Premium? and you? pay $5.60 for something so subpar. The staff seemed disappointed when we came in to give them business. They definitely had an attitude. This place had a great pizza a few years ago. I suppose there are new owners who have no idea what authentic Italian food should be.

I attempted to place a quick order because I didn’t want to cook for our restaurants in the area. However, due to rising inflation and the struggle to find reliable, high-quality staff, it’s hard to get good service and quality products. I know it may sound a bit silly, but crafting a salad pizza is no easy task. This one was exceptional, especially with the perfect crust. It had just the right mix of ingredients and a wonderful balsamic dressing on the side. A sprinkle of Gorgonzola added a fantastic touch, making it absolutely amazing. Plus, it made my birthday celebration even more special!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Henry is always so rude and after the third time ordering food from them and getting an attitude- I will no longer give them chances. The pizza is okay, but the actual Italian food is horrible. So salty and somehow still tasteless. I am fed up with subpar food, service and paying above normal prices. What a disgrace.
