Mama D's Diner - Reserva de mesa

The atmosphere is nice, small quaint little diner. The food is good. The manager Mama D . Needs to take a refresher course on customer service. Yelling from behind the counter is not acceptable. Assuming everyone drinks coffee, not acceptable. Cleaning tables spraying a solution)while customers are sitting at the table, definitely unacceptable. For a few reasons. Clearly this establishment needs another waiter who is properly trained in the skill and yes it is a skill of waiting tables. because she is is unable to maintain polite/ personable demeanor with the customer in the restaurant both waiting and at tables. There are rumors that the restaurant has closed for good, although Google and other sites still show it as open along with their online ordering options. I did receive a refund after placing an order, even though they were actually closed (I checked on a Sunday at 10 am when the platforms said they were open). When they were operational, the food was always consistent and delicious. Just wanted to share this information. It's disappointing to see them go.

You started out very good but the last few times Mama D herself has been curt and cocky. Never a smile and acts like she doesn't want to be there. Won't be going back any time soon.

Great breakfast! This small diner has recently been revamped. However, the hours are quite limited. It seems like it hasn't been open for a while—is it permanently closed?

Never open!! There's always a reason there not open. There not interested in making money that's for sure. I think it's a front for illegal operations....
