I'm sorry, but my experience at the restaurant mama gaja was really a disaster. My peat with ingredients that I barely recognized was without salt and without flavor, accompanied by the same salad I can make myself, the plate was small but not the price of 12 euro. My companion's plate was a revisited Indian dish but with too cooked rice and lots of cumin that I had difficulty tasting. my experience has not been satisfactory especially because to make vegetarian/vegetalian cuisine you really need to know as mixing the ingredients without imitating the eastern cuisine. :-(
We had a truly super meal at Mama Gaia. We chose a risotto which was served with a beautifully fresh salad. This was an unexpected treat as we strolling through the middle of Vence. One of the best vegetarian meals that we have had. Highly recommended! The waiting staff were charming and one had excellent English as she had worked in London. We will definitely return when we are next in the South of France.
excellent organic and vegan cuisine, full of lightness flavors, a very pleasant moment in a quiet terrace with a soft and attentive service. initiative to encourage and develop because it is not so common to find this type of quality restoration, all for a very reasonable price. Bravo!
