I got jollof w/veg nd goat meat nd that was the only thing that I got that was good, how ever it was not worth the money I spent for it or should I say i don't know what I spent for it, because I didn't get a receipt and they didn't have prices of the meals posted it was all blacked out. But what I do know is that I spent way over what I was suppose to spend by looking on the prices online. I spent $63 dollars and change and it was not worth the money for the small portions they give and I also go elusive which was decusting and pepper soup with goat which was so hot that i couldn't even eat it and the smell of it wasn't fresh that it turned my stomach. The pounded yam tasted a bit like flavorless mashed potatoes, but it paired perfectly with the egusi. I absolutely loved this meal! I also ordered jollof rice with chicken, which also came with two large drumsticks, and it was divine—just amazing. I shared these two dishes with someone else who also fell in love with them. Both were a solid 10/10!
My only minor complaint was the meat pie; it was a bit on the dry side, and the dough was quite thick. However, the larger entrees were so delicious that they made up for the meat pie. It didn't taste bad, it just didn't compare to the egusi and jollof rice.
I ordered off uber eats last week, egusi with mixed meats which was an upcharge). What I received was a mess, 1 cow foot and 1 lil piece of steak with barely any stew. So y bother charging more if theres no meat?The stew was watery and smelled awful. I have to leave this review for anyone ordering off ubereats, it seems the amount of food and quality isn't the same as regular dine in/ takeout.Im not the only reviewer complaining about lack of food when ordering off ubereats. For $25 should've had a portion that'll at least full me up, I was hungry.
Tik Tok made me do it... LOL! I've been wanting to try for months, goat egusi and fufu. I looked up reviews of African restaurants in my area which sells it and this one came up. The food came hot (I had it delivered from UberEats) and quickly. The goat egusi was very flavorful, the right amount of spice and the pounded yams was soft. Eating it with your hands just takes it to another level which I didn't mind because you get a sense of closeness to the culture. The goat egusi and fufu is definitely something I would try again from this restaurant.

I tried the Egusi Soup with chicken and pounded yam. Unfortunately, the soup did not have an appealing aroma, and the pounded yam had a slight plastic taste, possibly due to the wrapping. Additionally, the soup was rather bland and left an unpleasant aftertaste, though that might just be my palate. On a positive note, the chicken was quite good, which is why I'm giving this a three-star rating. Thank you for the opportunity to try African cuisine, but it seems it's not for me.
I ordered through Uber eats for pickup. I got jollof rice with chicken, fried rice, plantain, egusi soup w/fish, and efo soup with chicken. The food was fresh, packaged neatly, and the flavor was good. I would've liked more soup and stew for the price. It wasn't the best African food I've had, but overall I was satisfied. The restaurant is clean and the customer service was good. I'll definitely return.
If you're a true Nigerian, this restaurant may not be for you. The flavors of the food don't resemble what you’d find at home. Honestly, considering the prices, I could have bought the ingredients myself and prepared a better meal. The portion sizes don't justify the high prices either. To top it off, the most frustrating aspect is that they don't stick to the hours listed on Google or their website.
I ordered from Uber eats and I’m sorry to say it was the worst food ever. The plantain was green, the jellof was so nasty and dry. The ayamase was disappointing. I wont recommend going here to eat! Very disappointing. I was excited there’s an African restaurant close to me. Do better guys!

First time and last time. Jollof rice not tasty.cost is too much for quality. $45 for one wrap of eba and vegetable soup of 3 meat and jollof rice with veggies at the side.
I was quite disappointed in the fried rice and pounded yam, considering I drove 1 hour just for this meal.
