AVERAGE PERUVIAN RESTAURANT WITHOUT WORKING AC!!!I really had high expectations and was so excited about coming to this restaurant, I've read the previous reviews and couldn't wait to enjoy a fantastic meal.However, it only took two bites to realized I was going to have an upsetting meal in the middle of Maspeth.We ordered, Ceviche Classico, Anticuchos, Chaufa de Carne, and Causa Rellena de Atún.The Anticuchos were lackluster in flavor and were overcooked, to the point that two slices were burnt. I had the worst Peruvian food experience in NYC at this restaurant! The beef was dry, tough, and lacked flavor. The chicken was also dry and tasteless. The potatoes were completely bland. The chef really needs to taste their dishes before serving them to customers. This place tarnishes the reputation of Peruvian cuisine.
First time coming here. The food was amazing. The place looks nice and trendy. The cocktails were good and strong. Good price and service. Hidden gem some of the best Peruvian food I've had in a while.
The food was delicious. The chicken was moist and flavorful! The green sauce tasted homemade and also flavorful definitely going to try in person! 10/10
