I am new to the area sort of. I am an ex-pat from Dana Point now living in RMV. I attempted to have a bite here a long while back with my wife but the place was packed and the wait was insane. A couple years on the hysteria has settled and I have found my way into Mama's loving embrace on several occasion. The Friday night steak special is decent for 20. While I preferred a 1 prime cut, sous vide and seared with butter, garlic, and thyme, I know that steak will be 60- 100. Mama's offers a fair close to half inch cut. After eating weekly at this establishment and getting to go orders, I’ve come to realize nobody is checking orders for any consistency. Got another order tonight with missing items 4pm, restaurant slow. Orders always missing gravy, butter etc and it’s consistently off. Food is good and menu extensive but we have grown tired of missing items. Yes, we call every time and give them our name and complain and get the same sorry yet nothing changes. The manager should huddle up the staff and ensure they go through every part of the order with the guest to ensure it’s correct. This would lead to less customer frustration and better retention with guests. Thanks

Alicia is so amazing! Another great meal and even more amazing server. Definitely makes my day every time we get her! She is energetic, fun, and knows what's best to order. I had the best French dip and it was her recommendation. Thank you so much Alicia! And thank you Mamas staff!

Food was great. Service is a bit chaotic. Seems understaffed. The **** Mary mix wasn't great. Tastes like cocktail sauce. Had our appetizer show up with our food. Sourdough breakfast melt is delicious Reserva una mesa ahora

This place has great comforting food with steller service. Patio/bar is with relaxing atmosphere where our furry friend can tag along. Looking forward to coming back in the near future.

The drinks here are always on point. The food can be hit or miss, but if you let them know any issues, they will fix it right away for you.

New York steak for$20 on Fridays. Can't beat that! It wasn't Maestros or anything, but still very good.Especially for the price.

I don’t recommend this place, I ordered fish tacos and the fish was completely raw! Very disappointing….
