I wasn’t even gonna post a review here but the email below was sent 3 days ago and no one had the decency to get back to me, so horrible customer service unfortunately on top of the poor experience we had.“Good evening Mamasan team,I went there tonight with my partner to celebrate his birthday as we were hoping to have a special dinner somewhere nice with good recommendations. Food was amazing, some of the best Asian fusion we've had. Great atmosphere and they were very accommodating when we needed to change a booking time. Highly recommend fish curry. Service, however, could do with revamp. Dishes taken early, clean dishes and cultery not offered, waitress grabbed chopsticks by the thin end and put them back down and dessert offered before main brought out, which took about 50 min. Not charged for late main and the manager handled the situation professionally and politely. Will be back because the food was exceptional but hope they can fix the service and offer their staff more training.

The food was absolutely brilliant but a special shout out to Irini (hopefully I spelt her name right! , her exceptional service, recommendations and friendly personality was a real highlight incredible. I will definitely be recommending this to people!!

Food is absolutely delicious and service is exceptional!! Come here every time we come to the Gold Coast for a holiday and my favorite is the hot chicken wings duck pancakes. Will definitely be coming back on our next GC holiday. Reserva una mesa ahora

Really good South East Asian food, good cocktails and drinks. Great service, they fitted us in with an extra person on a very busy night. Good, lively vibe.I'll definitely go back!

Amazing food! Definitely get a sake and try the kingfish and duck.
