Mamma's Place Pizzeria Almonte

Placed an order at 522 pm. At 7 pm I called and was asked by a lovely young lady if I wanted to cancel. I said no, its been 1.5 hours we have waited already, od wait ot out. I was told the owner/manager would call me after the rush and they couldn 't give me an eta for my order. No delivery and no call back. I call back at 8pm and the owner/manager said it wasn 't his fault, he instructed his young employee to cancel it and it wasn 't his fault if she didn 't. He then proceeded to put who I am assuming was a teenager/ young adult on the phone to handle the complaint after asking her while I could hear if she told me. She explained she didn 't say that to me. I felt bad for the young girl and...

best club subs ever!! Love working here super great bosses and an amazing work environment. Staff is like family. Wonderful place to work, especially for a highschool job. Hecham mike and chad are super accommodating for everything.

If you want cold food delivered late this is the place for you! Ordered at 530 told 1/2 hour . 630 food arrives lukewarm. Sorry no refunds . Never again.
