the rooms are clean, modern and functional. The bedding was good. Cotized kitchen, breakfast was honest. On the other hand, we were disappointed by the evening meals (small variety and not really in our tastes) the welcome and all the staff arrive the setting is welcoming and there is a little prep to play the children. Baigorry st etienne is 10 min car for 2 gourmet bags (boutique, resto.)

We ate on their terrace and had a very delicious and enjoyable meal. The night we visited, none of the staff spoke either English or Spanish, but they were happy to work with us to bridge the language gap. The atmosphere was relaxed and soothing, and we left full and content.

This restaurant is in a perfect setting with friendly and helpful staff. For Sunday lunch it was perfect and busy with locals. Menu choices typical good basque country cuisine. The nearby church in St Etienne was magical too with beautiful basque chants and well supported!

very welcoming family restaurant. short map synonymous with freshness and typical very reasonable at the price level, we will return in summer to enjoy the terrace!

We had a delicious sanglier (boar) and trout excellently prepared. Reasonably priced and there was a good selection of Irouleguy wines. Worth a detour.
