What a rotten way to treat customers! Made reservations for 7/3 on OpenTable app two weeks prior. Great app! Got several texts and emails confirming the reservation from both Mangiamo's and OpenTable. A romantic date planned with the wife. An hour before the reservation, I got a call from Mangiamo saying they don't work with OpenTable and can't honor the reservation. ?!?!? If they don't work with OpenTable, how did they know I had a reservation? And how did they cancel it, since I received a cancellation email after the call? Obviously, plans ruined and I suspect Mangiamo's was somehow overbooked and screwed us over. Boo!
I got food poisoning! While the service and atmosphere was great. The food was not. It was so greasy and to I end up with food poisoning. I have been throwing up all day and i just cant tell what was it. We got the fettuccine and the shrimp pesto and the blackened chicken pasta. I don’t think it was the chicken. But even my husband didnt eat much cause he didn’t like the food. Thank god my 3 years old didnt eat from the pastas he only ate few pieces of chicken. other wise it would have been a nightmare Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Went here for a birthday. The atmosphere was intimate. They had a back room like a cellar where we had a party of eight and we could hear each other talking very old Italy. The food was top notch. I had the Fruita Del Mar had lots of seafood, not just pasta. We had the house, wine, cab it was also very nice not too dry. The servers were amazing. They didn't skip a bit. I will be back.
From my family entering to celebrate a birthday until ending our night and leaving everything was amazing. Everyone was attentive and helpful. The food is delicious, drinks are strong One of the best Italian Ristorante’s I’ve been to Lesley our server was on point. I will! be going back . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
