Ordering ahead highly recommend but they’ve got lots of staff to endure your order is tended to promptly. I watched a customer wait an excessive amount of time and her order had got lost or something. After the staff finally figure out who didn’t fulfill the ticket management worked to get her order bumped to the top of tickets and the customer on her way. What’s was especially great to see was that management recognized their error, owned it with the customer and then went to make it right with her offering her to grab a drink from the fridge on the way out. I'm giving one star today due to the poor customer service. I placed my order online for pickup, and when I arrived, there was no one at the pickup area. I waited there without anyone asking if I had a pickup order. One of the female employees then got on the register at the pickup area and started calling over people in line to place their orders. She completely ignored me, even though I was standing there first! A simple question about whether I had a pickup would have helped me grab my order and leave. Instead, she prioritized taking new orders, which left my food sitting there getting cold. Thanks to her, my meal was cold!
I recently moved to Roselle Park from Southern California, and I’ve found my new favorite spot for breakfast: Manhattan Bagel! I've enjoyed the sausage, egg, and cheese on a toasted poppy seed bagel two mornings in a row, and it was fantastic! Tomorrow, I'm planning to try lox, cream cheese, and onions, and I can hardly wait. By the way, Taylor ham is nonexistent in California, so discovering it here, along with Manhattan Bagel, has been a wonderful surprise!
Simply the best breakfast place around. Coffees are always excellent. Bagels are always excellent and a very large variety also. Breakfast sandwiches are superb. I often get the Ranchero Wrap, which is fantastic. They also serve fresh squeezed orange juice. That makes any other kind of orange juice seem like water. Great place!

Always busy in the morning as bagels spots usually are, but it's great food! Friendly staff, clean area, and lots of options. This is my go to breakfast spot! Pretty decent coffee and prices aren't too bad. Definitely would recommend placing an order in advance though to avoid the wait
This restaurant is one of my all-time favorites! I moved away five years ago, but whenever I visit New Jersey, I make sure to go back for a Taylor ham, egg, and cheese on a roll with salt, pepper, and ketchup. I really miss it! Modesta always remembers me, too.
Love this place! I have been coming here since I moved to Union. They have great bagles and they are consistent. Some of the same people still work there from day 1, which I like.
The catering menu selection superb. Ennis Palmer handles all of my orders with the utmost precision and professionalism! He is why I choose Manhattan Bagel for my catering needs.
