The absence of accessible customer service on the website really underscores this company's lack of concern for its customers. I arrived after others, yet they were able to place their orders and receive their food before me. Additionally, the breakfast sandwich I ordered was poorly made, with half of the ingredients falling off the bagel instead of being properly assembled.
During my recent visit, the bagels weren't up to the usual standard. I hope this is just a one-time occurrence. Additionally, the selection was limited, and the bagels didn't seem fresh. I really value this shop and the owner, and I hope he can help his team improve the quality of their products.
The restaurant rarely answers the phone, and it often seems to be turned off. The customer service leaves much to be desired. While the bacon is frequently undercooked, the food can be quite enjoyable if you can actually get in touch with them.

This place is fantastic! The staff are super friendly, the food and coffee are always hot and fresh, and the restaurant is impeccably clean. I highly recommend coming here for breakfast!
