I used to really love this place when they first opened. I don’t know if they switched management but the service and staff had deteriorated. This morning the young lady being the counter told me to go to the next register she couldn’t take my order. While I was at the next register she proceeded to take every Caucasian man’s order. When I asked what’s going on she all of a sudden forgets how to speak English. This is unfortunate but this will be the last time I spend my money here
The bagels are decent but far from the best. I ordered an omelet with small fries for my pregnant wife, but instead received a breakfast burrito with a greasy, undercooked hash brown. The bacon on my bagel was also not cooked properly. It felt like a complete waste of time and money, as if they didn’t care. The staff was unwelcoming and seemed completely distracted, not a great way to start the day.
I really enjoy Manhattan Bagel. Their bagels are consistently fresh. The women staff members are much friendlier, while the men could improve in friendliness. The bathroom is clean, and the menu offers a good variety.
Your guys should be more careful when packing Uber Eats orders. I didn't get everything I ordered I called and his response was ?can you come pick it up? what is the point of using uber eats then? Reserva una mesa ahora
I received my order with an unpleasant attitude, which spoiled my morning. It's difficult to enjoy a bagel when it's prepared with such negative energy. I don’t plan to come back to this place.
An array of bagels for selecting and they make sandwiches. Lots of places don't offer meat on a bagel anymore. The service is quick and the ambiance is good.
I loved the widberry smoothie, it was delicious, the attention is unique, I love this place, it is without a doubt my new favorite place.
