I've tried calling several times over the past few days and let it ring because I thought maybe staff were with other customers. Then I tried calling at times I thought business might be a bit slower. There are other reviewers who also mentioned having this problem so it appears they just don't answer the phone, ever. I love the California bagels and want to order them by the dozen so I can freeze them. But it's too frustrating to drive several miles HOPING they have some available. So I'll settle for other types of bagels I can get in shops closer to home.

They were $15 for two….I’m pretty sure you can go out to eat for that price. Additionally this Manhattan bagel does not answer their phone, ever. The owners are a couple and always there and are not the friendliest either. I will not be going back ever again after this most recent price raise.

Love Manhattan bagel! Love their power bagels and super cinnamon. And their vanilla nut coffee is my by far my favorite chain coffee. That’s right; better than DD, Wawa, Starbucks, etc… just wish there was one closer to me. Excellent service as well, although one particular rep assumed I didn’t pay for my food on the way out, which was a weird flex and hence the 4 stars ? otherwise, highly recommend!Instagram, YouTube: nukeyhov
My favorite bagel shop! Manhattan Bagels are always fresh and delicious. They offer the perfect bagel experience outside of New York City, with just the right texture and great flavor. Plus, they have all the classic accompaniments like cream cheese and a variety of toppings for bagel sandwiches.
Place is a joke. Stay away and it?s literally because of the owner. Multiple reviews say the same thing too. Very rude. Won?t let his paying customers use their bathroom because others ?ruined it for me?. Would never come back to this location.
Been trying to call to place an order for pick up to reduce wait time but noone has ever answered in the last 3 years atleast. Maked me never go there anymore. Original Bagel is well worth the extra couple minute drive out of the way.

The ownership issues are unfortunate. While the staff does their best, the micromanagement makes ordering a simple sandwich quite challenging. I recommend trying "A Cut Above" across the street for better quality as well.
