Having been to the other Manmaruya branches, the Hurstville noodle bar didn't disappoint. We were served very quickly and thankfully didn't wait too long for the food to come out either.
We ordered the takoyaki, gyoza, eggplant and kimchi as entrees. For ramen, we had the chicken kaarage and teriyaki chicken (with chicken soup). The food was full of flavour and were generous in servings.
For 6-7 dishes including an alcoholic beverage for two people, it came down to $30+pp. Great value for money. Staff were also really friendly and helpful.
I was a regular there, because my hubby loved the Karage chicken rice bowl there.
It's located right out side of Hurstville station - the quiet side.
Portions of food are relatively large. Prices are reasonable. Noodles and bentos taste good.
$3 sushi train is cheap, but you are getting what you are paying for.
This restaurant only serves noodles, bentos and sushi. There is no BBQ grills.

Great for families with children, more so now that there's an area for little ones to have a play while parents eat and relax nearby.
Manmaruya is specialised for ramen but they do serve other Japanese dishes such as chicken karaage, bento box, and don (rice dishes). There is a little sushi train on the side so it's pretty convenient.

Delicious food and relatively cheap with very good service. The chicken namban benot box is highly recommended especially topped with egg salad with a soy sauce base. The pork soup ramen is has a very nice distinct brothy taste adding great flavor and texture.
Restaurants behind Hurstville station are overly underrated as not many people know they even exist! One of these is Manmaruya which has other restaurants
