FOOD POISONING I visited this location with my family around 8 pm on July 13th and today my 4 year old has been suffering the worst kind of food poisoning. Last night the employees were acting very suspicious claiming they didn't have enough of the ice cream and they wouldn't open a new one as it would take too long to defrost. So we chose something else and upon leaving the store and getting in our car we all immediately agreed that it did not taste right. On top of that my ice cream had pieces of snickers in it when my order didn't include that what if I had been allergic to peanuts? The brownies that were in my ice cream were so disgustingly hard, crunchy and stale. Given all these issues...

came in tonight and placed my order. the girl said there wasn't enough of the ice cream flavour i picked and said she was getting more then walked to the back. she never came back out and was just wandering around the back doing nothing. then the girl behind me got her order taken after me and ordered the exact same flavour as me and got her cup and was all checked out no problem. then a second worker came and took my order. she said that there wasn't enough for me and i never got the extra from the back. so frustrating when you place an order and get ignored just for the person behind you to get service and you have to walk out empty handed because employees are unorganized.

Yesterday we went to Milton location on 1003 maple Ave , Milton ON, evening around 8 PM we have order 3 ice cream in which we asked to put butterscotch cookie or nuts , the lady who was making it bluntly said we don’t have any without checking stock on backside , other guy was telling him that we have stock on back but still that lady was laughing and said oh I did put other toppings which was sour in taste when we tested it , we spent $9 for each of the ice cream cup and they don’t even bother to make as per choice very poor customer service very very disappointed and lost my $9 *3 for each ice cream

Such poor management. No notification when they are out of key ingredients. Waited 20 minutes only to be told they don't have the ingredients to make milk shakes. Come on just put up a notice!

Amazing staff and service owner is very nice far, far better than the owner from Heartland location. I want to send a complaint to corporate towards the Heartland location owner

Really tasty, ice-cream crafted in front of you. Nice service. Way to go! Even the small portion is enormous. It's a bit pricey though.
