I had ordered a gift box for the 1st Christmas holiday via the vilavita@home service. This was simply put in front of the front door on the road on delivery day, it was not even ringed. It was only 2.5 hours later that I found the box randomly and was appalled that food was just put on the street where everyone could have opened the box. When I complained about it, there wasn't even an apology, and the box was supposed to be picked up and delivered. However, when I didn't want to have a new box, you didn't just get unfriendly, but you've just got really bad luck and I'm curious if I ever get my money back. Never again! When this is handled with customers, it is really poor, especially in times of pandemic. Apparently, management cannot criticize. Definitely wasn't ringed with me! I was awake and at home, so I'm not talking to you, not auxh on the phone. If you still want to put your customers in a liar, it says a lot about you and your attitude. You're going to be my customers!
