would like to submit a complaint following a very disappointing visit to your restaurant. We were two guests who came in and ordered two salads and a portion of fries. The restaurant was nearly empty, so we expected decent service. Unfortunately, our experience was quite the opposite. After placing our order, my friend asked for some ice for her soda, but that request was never fulfilled. We then waited for 45 minutes without any update from the staff. When we finally asked about the status of our food, we were told that the server had forgotten to inform the kitchen — meaning our order hadn’t even been started. This is completely unacceptable. We felt ignored, dismissed, and poorly treated....
