would like to submit a complaint following a very disappointing visit to your restaurant. We were two guests who came in and ordered two salads and a portion of fries. The restaurant was nearly empty, so we expected decent service. Unfortunately, our experience was quite the opposite. After placing our order, my friend asked for some ice for her soda, but that request was never fulfilled. We then waited for 45 minutes without any update from the staff. When we finally asked about the status of our food, we were told that the server had forgotten to inform the kitchen — meaning our order hadn’t even been started. This is completely unacceptable. We felt ignored, dismissed, and poorly treated....
I had one of the best beef dishes I’ve ever tasted – perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and incredibly tender. I also tried the crème brûlée, and it was just as impressive: creamy, smooth, with a perfectly crisp caramelized top. The service was impeccable – friendly, attentive, and very professional. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant, with lovely decor and a relaxed vibe. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and a memorable dining experience!
