This place is a disgrace. 3 of us (who are British but live in Switzerland) came here for lunch. The place was NOT busy but it took 10 mins for anyone to greet us and that was only after we went up to the counter to order. We ordered 3 sandwiches. They took 30 mins to come out... 30!!!!!!! I repeat it WASNT busy. Not only that, we ordered 3 tap waters. My sandwich came out and it was NOT what I ordered. And my friends came out 10 mins later when we had finished ours. After ordering another glass of tap water and not receiving it we had to go up to the counter AGAIN and ask for the bill. Not only had they charged me for the wrong (more expensive) sandwich they had an “open drinks” tab with 5...

The food was good, through quite expensive, but since it's Switzerland, it wasn't that big of a deal. I am giving two stars because of the way we were treated. you shouldnt charge your clients for water if when they ask you if it's free, you reply yes! and adding additional sauces that I have to later pay for although I didn't order them is not nice either. later on manager came by and treated us condescendingly which gave a very unpleasant impression.

The restaurant is well known to me as a 'local ' and been before. It took 1 hour 10 minutes for food service made up of sandwiches and a salad not great! Part of the drinks order was missing for 45 minutes. They don 't take debit cards and there is no mention on the menu to direct guests who often have to go to the local bank to settle up. Overall, felt very let down by the experience.

Service is mostly friendly, but food is a bit overpriced and our table for lunch was completely overrun by flies not just 4 or 5 but like 15 or 20 flies. Also they wouldn’t take our credit card because their machine “wasn’t working” but they said debit was fine… pretty sure that’s the same machine. Reserva una mesa ahora

Just an average place. We did not eat there, just had some hot drinks. They offer Twinning tea selection. Coffees and hot chocolates are ok. Prices are also in the average rate. The place seems clean, and the service was friendly and quick.

Waiter, kind and welcoming, nice background music. Unfortunately : Menu from a plastic oven, Long service 45 minutes between order and table service. Too expensive for the little food on the plate and the quality of the food.
