Marco Polo - Reserva de mesa

The Marco Polo really pulled out all the stops for us after another venue let us down for a birthday meal for my husband which was booked back in April. At very short notice the Marco Polo accommodated 17 guests and even helped with decorating the cake and decorating the table. The service was fantastic for such a large table and we were all amazed that the food was brought out at the same time, hot and delicious. The food is always fabulous no matter what you order and our guests all agreed. The staff were friendly, looked after us all, were helpful and kept the drinks flowing! Been going to Marco for years and every time we have gone, as a couple, with friends or family, the food and service just doesn't disappoint. Prices are good (although poppadoms and sides pricey at £7.90 for 4) . Was a tad loud last night but it was a Friday eve and bring in Wickford too it was expected, but it didn't spoil the food.. Would happily recommend and attend again!

Had a take-away was the worst £30 I have spent in quiet some time the curry was very watery and tasteless, the pills rice was oily and half cold and the onion bajees were cold and tasteless won’t be going back anytime soon, this used to be a good restaurant

Absolute fantastic place, great food and service, nothing was too much trouble, even though they were busy. their were 4 of us for dinner all had starters, main course and sides was very reasonably priced. Try the Marco polo special for extra special curry! Reserva una mesa ahora

Nice food, venue but let down by poor staff. Staff were borderline rude, they don’t greet, open doors, They don’t table check We ordered a bottle of wine and they just poured the glass full. In fact two of the rudest waiters I have come acrosss

Food is absolutely best Indian cuisine around. Service is impeccable our waiter billy was amazing along with all the other team. We throughly enjoyed all our dishes and were not felt pressured at all. I would recommend to anyone!!

We get a takeaway from here every Friday and have done for years. It's the best Indian in Wickford and surrounding areas. The food is always excellent and great customer service when picking our order up.

Despite indicating that they open for lunch and displaying an open sign on their restaurant window, they refuse to serve food on a busy Saturday at 12.30. Unwelcoming and disrespectful. Not recommended. Reserva una mesa ahora

Come here at the weekend for a friend's birthday meal, food was excellent and catered for everyone's needs. Best Indian I have eaten. Staff are very friendly. 100% recommended coming here.

Always get take out when visiting family for several years now . Service and food is always excellent . Go above and beyond
