My name is Jasai, and I have experience working in the food industry, having been an assistant at Popeyes. I've lived in this pleasant city for six years and have ordered from Marco Polo Pizzeria for four years. However, I had a terrible experience yesterday for the first time.
I ordered a small buffalo chicken stromboli and mozzarella sticks, while my significant other ordered a cheeseburger with salad and mayo. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes for our food. When it finally arrived, my order was incorrect. The order acknowledgment was accurate, showing that the woman who took my order did her job well. The issue lay in the delivery.

I called and ordered 2 cheese steak wraps today. I raved about how delicious it was I drive all the way from Mays landing to get it. Well today to my disbelief the wrap was half the size it normally is. What happened to the regular size wraps? I'm totally shocked how small the portion was. I normally can only eat one half but today I was able to eat the whole thing. Come on Marco Polo if you gonna make smaller portions you shouldn't charge the same price. The wrap was good but I was disappointed with the size. For me to complain it was a drastic change in the portion. I'm truly disappointed Marco Polo you get one Star smh.
I usually overlook small issues, but this experience was definitely disappointing. My boyfriend and I placed an order at Marco Polo Pizzeria last night about an hour and a half before closing, getting 20-piece wings, cheesecake, and rice pudding. While the wings were fine, the cheesecake had some mold on it—not a lot, but still unacceptable. On top of that, the rice pudding had a strange odor. We regularly order from here and Jonny Ds, so encountering this really put me off.
My daughter usually gets the steak quesadilla and it's usually delicious. I had her get me one on Saturday and I was absolutely disappointed. Idk what kind of meat they used but it definitely was not steak, the peppers and onions had no taste. I tried tomake it taste better with the sour cream to no avail, I then tried to add onion, tomatoes, mayonnaise, A1 sauce and salt and itwas still horrible. I finally gave up and just threw it away. I will never try another one. ????

Got a slice of pepperoni. I added garlic and onion powder when I reheated it at home, as I remember it being bland. Taste was fair. Service was quick. 5/10 for taste and, thankfully being open longer than many other places in the area. Perhaps, I willtry a hoagie there some year. Thanks for being open longer than 10pm.
I order online. Then I got the chicken quesadilla has extra ingredients. Some of this was slice fault not fully listings all the ingredients. But on closer inspection there was no chicken and the tomatoes aren't slice well. And they didn't even try to makeit up or change it. Well not be ordering online and in person.
I ordered a Classic Chicken Caesar Salad and this is what I got! A ice cold salad with a little bit of chicken. Almost $14 for this?. I was a regular here but unfortunately this will be my last time ordering from this place.
I'm really picky about pizza and assorted Italian foods. Marco Polo was amazingly good. Sauce fantastic! Marinara bellissimo!!! I ordered again and was just as delighted with everything. Thank you Marco Polo crew. You rock.

Poor excuse of shrimp scampi it was oil and no garlic it was terrible I called to complain and the lady said call back at 11:00 night for the manger very rude nasty food don’t eat here
