Miserable experience. Went here for a birthday dinner thinking it was an upscale restaurant or at minimum a nice resturant. Boy was that not the case. The menus were so scratched up that you could barely read them. The waitress came, took our appetizers order, then came back with the appetizers without ever taking our entree order. She actually put the appetizers on top of the menus instead of taking them, which explains why they were so scratched up. She did finally put our entrees in, which was after the appetizers were completely finished and someone had come to clear them away. I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it likely won’t be my last. The service was excellent, and the food was enjoyable. The salmon was particularly good, featuring crispy skin and an appealing presentation. The cavatelli was also tasty, while the veal Parmigiana was just okay—it was my least favorite dish. I found it a bit bland, but that might just be me being picky. For dessert, we ordered the molten chocolate cake and tiramisu. We went in there (a family of 6 with a small child , we called 10 minutes prior to ensure they had space for us. Upon arrival, we were rudely greeted by what I can only consider to be an beta employee who had the look of nervousness on her face as if we had just asked to eat on an airplane. After which, she skipped to a waitress (probably in BETA too and screamed at us ?whoever told you we have space is wrong, I then showed her my phone with the phone number of her restaurant and proof of reservation and she snapped at us , at which point, our young child who was terrified by the petrified waiter and hostess, we made an informed decision and left. They deserve 0 stars.

We weren't able to make a reservation because our group was smaller than six people, but I have to say that the service was outstanding—definitely a perfect 10/10. The food was good, though it wasn't anything extraordinary. I did find it a bit odd that my pasta dish had both small and large shrimp; perhaps they were trying to balance quantity and quality. We have only ever eaten take out here but it has always been great. Crab cakes are the best in this area we have found. Pizza is amazing. The steaks are always cooked right. They have a very convenient take out set up and my wife and I love treating ourselves to a fancy meal at home. This place has never let us down. It?s fine dining at home for us.

Went on a Saturday night. Was seated within 2 minutes. Food was amazing from the salads to the main courses. Didn't take pictures but we will definitely go again. The others in my party had never been but all liked Marco Polo. Wait staff was helpful and friendly.

We discovered at the entrance that reservations are only accepted for groups of six or more, except on Valentine's Day. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate us. The food was excellent, and the service was great as well.
