Currently, this is my favorite pizza chain, but it feels like the financial team has started to play a role in their operations. Their prices aren't the lowest, and I expect a consistently higher quality pizza, which isn't always the case. However, most of the time, it’s still enjoyable. I once ordered one of their budget-friendly sale pizzas, and it was exactly what I expected—cheap. On the other hand, I've tried several of their specialty pizzas, and they have been excellent, though definitely not affordable.
I've never eaten at Marcos before, I always figured pizza is pizza. While the pizza was pretty good, it's the SERVICE that will have me coming back. My family and I were having a pretty rough day, and the help I received from Anthony really turned our dayaround. (I had to specifically ask for his name to make this review). I was quite disappointed today. I ordered two pizzas; one was good, but the other (the works without ham or mushrooms, but with added salami, jalapeños, and extra cheese) was missing some toppings (onions, salami, and bacon). Additionally, both pizzas had barely any sauce on them. I hope you’re not turning into just another chain pizza place. On a positive note, the delivery person was excellent.

This was our first time ordering from Marco's Pizza, and it turned out to be the best choice! The pizza was bursting with incredible flavors and had the perfect texture. The wings were cooked flawlessly. I’ll definitely be adding the cheesy bread to my next order.
I will never order from Marco's Pizza again. The customer service was the worst I've experienced. The pizza was so greasy that the oil soaked through the box. The staff appeared overworked, and the store always seemed understaffed. Truly disappointing.
Almost every time I visit Marco's Pizza, the whole team—not just the cashiers—greets me as I walk in. I've never had a bad experience here; the staff is consistently friendly, and the pizza is always delicious.
My husband and I ordered individual pizzas for dinner. Mine was delicious, and I really enjoyed the crust as well. We're planning to return in the near future.
