Apparently they are a real hit and miss operation. Several weeks ago I ordered a large pepperoni pizza. There was virtually no sauce and very little cheese. This was the first time I ordered from them and will be the last. I was sent a survey, and told them what my experience was, but there was no follow up.To make matters worse, they now have my email address and keep sending me emails. I 've unsubscribed multiple times, but the emails keep coming and reminding me how bad the quality of their food is.
we ordered 3 pizzas from here a few weeks ago. Our son got just a normal Cheese pizza, well unfortuntly as he was eating he found two pieces of hair baked in the pizza. he got physically sick and on inspection my husband found more hair in his pizza. We called the store and the manager was nice, he was going to refund the pizza and give us a gift card. Well to this day we have not seen a return for the pizza and haven't seen any gift card. Please dont eat her, unless you like eating hair!
This store can not make a simple pizza and when they offer to give you a store credit, they don't even follow thru with that. I was even assured by the manager that I had a store credit but when my next order was placed there was no record of any store credit to be found. So they can't make a pizza according to your order and they lie to you.
The delivery service here is quite inconsistent; it's really a hit or miss. Sometimes they pick up the phone, but other times they just let it ring without answering. The food is decent when you manage to get it, but there’s always the risk of your order not being correct when you do reach someone.

I couldn't pick up my order because the manager left to deliver a pizza and the other employees can't open the door without him. I've never dealt with something like this in my life! Unbelievable and unprofessional.
Every time I've ordered from here, my food has been ready on time. The customer service is excellent, and the food is delicious. I especially love the large pizzas!
The food is outstanding, the delivery is consistently reliable thanks to different drivers, and the phone service is friendly and efficient. Great job, team!
Open till 12am on Saturday. They were closed at 11:30.Wish i could have tried the pizza.Change your open time if you wont stick to it! ?
