I've visited this restaurant a few times and have always enjoyed it. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the service and staff are fantastic. The food is also excellent. However, my only issue is that they do not announce their upcoming band events. This significantly affects my decision on where to go. I would likely come more often if they provided this information. Whenever I call, no one seems to know who is performing, which is quite disappointing.
Another Margarita they are very similar to each other and I go to different chain of restaurants but I always notice that to make a difference have to come from management but sometimes like this one the title goes to his head and he think that customers are employees. He become arrogant and selective he have to realize that all customers are equal and his job is to make sure that the customer fells important and special not him
I’ve visited many restaurants in this chain, but this one was a real disappointment. While the staff genuinely seemed to care about their jobs, the manager acted like he owned the place. He had a special group of regulars who received preferential treatment and free gifts, which felt unfair. Every paying customer deserves to be treated with respect, as that is part of the manager’s role. I hope the owner hears this feedback.
I can?t Recommend this place enough! Bartenders are superb, especially Shania! Drink are always on point and weeknights are often happening! I stayed at the hotel next door and it was a perfect lunch dinner spot! Ivan, the manager, treated me super well and went the extra mile to grab my buddy and I two chairs at a congested bar during a big party! Great folks here, clean and always a happy spot! Went to Willy?s Margarita?s Cafe in Freeport with family to enjoy a nice lunch by the water! This little spot did not disappoint as the drinks food were good. We had calamari which was above average the PARRILLA MEXICANA was more than enough for 2. The homemade guacamole was also super!
We celebrated my daughter's birthday. At some point, the staff came to the birthday. Had been nice that the mariachi sing to her.... the food was great, the food at the docks was great, service was beautiful. Just one suggestion: Please get a gluten-free apple beer. We're going back.
