Definitely not the place to go for budget take-out. I guess it depends on what you get, but we spent nearly $100 to feed 2 adults and 3 small children. The restaurant was clean, but a little dated and not much to look at. The food was only ok. The adults got enchiladas and the kids got burgers and tacos. We also got elote (street corn) which was a little better than ok. That being said, the food was fresh and hot. And I also got an horchata which was actually pretty good. Have been looking for a small mexican restaurant to add to our 'favorite places to go to ' list and this is the place. The food was favorable, the server friendly, the portions large, prices quite reasonable and it had a nice atmosphere to it. If you are looking for a small family business with good food, stop in. The customer service was excellent, and the Jamaica water was refreshing, but that was about the highlight of my visit. I ordered chorizo tacos and chicken enchiladas, but both the meat and rice were bland and lacked flavor. The chips were decent, but overall, I felt disappointed. The prices seemed quite high for the quality offered.
