This is a must-visit restaurant in Glen Ellyn. I've been here multiple times, and everything is consistently delicious. The family that runs the restaurant is friendly, accommodating, and dedicated to continually improving their business. The menu offers a wide selection of entrees, specialties, and wines. You’ll never feel rushed during your meal; the service is professional, helpful, and responsive. The veal parmesan was outstanding, and the sauce was truly delicious. However, I found the portion of pasta that accompanied the $25 meal to be quite lacking—it's only worth about five cents. The chicken parmesan was disappointing; they claimed to bake it, but authentic chicken parmesan should be pounded thin, breaded, and fried with fresh chicken. Additionally, they charge an extra 3% fee for credit card payments without informing customers beforehand—I only discovered this when I looked at my receipt. I did provide feedback on the issues, but the staff didn't seem very open to it, so I wouldn't expect any changes.

Two of the hardest working people I know run this family business, and you won't be disappointed. They offer generous portions and a spacious deck for the summer. Plus, the staff is always friendly and attentive. It's the only place in the city with a parking lot, which is a huge plus! If you decide to visit, be sure to mention that Benny sent you. You really can't go wrong here—trust me!

Marinella's is a fantastic and genuine family-owned Italian restaurant. The food is amazing, the drinks and wine are exceptional, and parking is convenient. It's definitely one of the top dining spots in Glen Ellyn. We absolutely love the atmosphere, the food, and the friendly staff. I highly recommend it! I really enjoy visiting cozy, family-owned restaurants where the owner takes the time to chat with you. The homemade ravioli is delicious, and I appreciate that the Pollo Marsala wasn’t oversalted—it was very tender. I also had the chicken soup on a rainy evening, which was comforting. Overall, it was a lovely dinner for two.

I absolutely loved everything about this restaurant! Joanna and Sam offered excellent service. The food was incredible: the butternut squash ravioli with vodka sauce, chicken picante, veal parmesan, and homemade cannelloni were all fantastic! The pumpkin pie was the perfect finishing touch to an amazing meal.

Two of the hardest working people I know own this family run Business. You will not be disappointed. Great food great deck in the summer. And here?s the heads up. Only place in town that has a parking lot. If you go tell Benny Jeff sent you. Cannot bebeat. Trust me
