Mariners Plaice

we returned from blakeney and were all very hungry. wetherspoons was packed and we couldn't get a table, so we found mariners. it is a very traditional caffe that is clean and welcoming. the personal was friendly and attentive. the food was freshly cooked with good portions and we are boiled. most of us had the fish and chips with a big cup tee. the fish was perfectly cooked with thin crispy teig. the chips were some of the best I had eaten that were crispy on the outside and were fluffy on the inside. what impressed me is that they weren't even fat. the service was fast and the prices were very reasonable. it was a Sunday afternoon, so it wasn't so busy, but I can recommend this caffe and will definitely visit again when we are in theireham.

a regular visit for me, Friday fish chips with my wife, children and grandparents. excellent quality fresh fish, cooked for perfection and served in generous portions. preorder for takeaway and good covid policy distancing. now open for sitting meal from a good selection menu. very friendly staff. highly recommended, otherwise I would not go back all the time.

had a really delicious traditional breakfast here for a very reasonable price. the service was fast and the staff was friendly and helpful. continue to plan to try the fish and chips soon.
