The service varies depending on who’s at the counter. Even when it’s not busy and I’m the only customer, it can take a while for someone to attend to me. I’ve also noticed that the woman who works there has a bit of an attitude and lacks basic customer service skills. She doesn't greet customers or say things like "thank you" or "have a nice day." While it doesn’t bother me too much, I do expect a simple acknowledgment when I say thank you or wish her a good afternoon. Overall, it's a great place for food, but the service could definitely improve.

I ordered from this restaurant through GrubHub, but my food never arrived, and no one answered the phone when I tried to call. I will never order from here again and strongly advise others to do the same. I lost a promotion with GrubHub by choosing this place, and I plan to file a corporate complaint to have them removed from the platform due to their poor customer service.

I'm really disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. The pizza I received looked absolutely disgusting—like it had been dropped on the floor and stomped on. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. This is unacceptable, and I’m not inclined to recommend your establishment to anyone, including my friends and family. I plan to share this experience widely.

The mozzarella sticks and marinara sauce were fantastic, and the pizza was delicious as well. However, I rated it four stars because the pizza tends to be a bit too doughy unless you specifically ask for it to be well done. Additionally, they use far too much semolina dust under the pizzas, which ends up sticking to the press in the box! Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered the personal 10" Sausage and the 5 Zeppoli but was delivered cheese you guys must learn to be much more detail oriented bc getting orders wrong would mean a decline in customers and customers are money so like whats wrong with you ppl Im like so annoyed this is the second time this happened with DoorDash Im so over it

The pizza was served hot and was absolutely delicious! The three milk cake was fantastic, though my Sicilian slice was a little on the cold side. The beef patties with cheese were excellent as well! The food arrived neatly packaged and well prepared. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I ordered the pasta alfredo with shrimp and paid an extra $6 for additional shrimp, bringing the total to $26. When I got home, I found only 6 shrimp in my pasta... I feel completely cheated.

This was the best gyro I've ever had! It was incredibly juicy, well-packed, and fresh. The lamb was delicious and fresh too. I’ll always love Mario's pizza!

This is a fantastic spot for enjoying salads or ordering for delivery. There are plenty of options, and I love everything they prepare!
