I called and spoke to a girl who seemed confused and got my order wrong three times. When I asked for the total cost, it was higher than what I had calculated. She passed the phone to a man who questioned what the issue was. After explaining the situation, he tried to charge me an extra £3.20 just to add mushrooms to my garlic bread.
