We entered the restaurant and found it empty, with no one greeting us. After sitting down, we were eventually approached by a server to take our drink orders, but it took 30 minutes for them to return. Our food order took an additional 40 minutes and we never received the waters we requested, and the beer was warm. We decided to leave due to the long wait time. Despite the poor service, the server remained pleasant and accommodating.
The food at this restaurant has great flavor. Well priced and the staff is very nice. This was our first time and we will definitely be going back. Also they in ave a kids eat free deal Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturday but only during specific time frames but still a great deal if you make it on time. Really like this place.
Nice place to enjoy some Mexican food. Good beer and drink selection. Staff is pretty attentive. Bar section is nice too. You can do karaoke and also enjoy the DJ music while dancing the night away. Located in a strip mall location so not too much parking but plenty of street parking available.
It's not called the Mariposa anymore it's called Maricios . They have excellent food with a wide variety of food. From authentic Mexican to pizza and hamburgers. Something for everyone. Great prices too. Would recommend it with a 5 out of 5 star rating. Reserva una mesa ahora
I absolutely adore this restaurant - all of the staff are friendly and the food is really delicious. It's not named Maripsa, but Mauricios, and it's a new spot in the Covina area. Give this place a try, I rated it a perfect 10 for its deliciousness.
The restaurant is very clean and has friendly staff. The micheladas were delicious and the flan was fantastic. I only gave it 4 stars because the waiter made mistakes with my friend's order twice. He was nice, just didn't seem to understand.
Very nice family restaurant. the staff are wonderfully great and welcoming people. definitely one of the best Mexican food restaurants in Covina!! Debbie Deb is amazing. friendly courteous and very welcoming. will definitely return.
