I had a great experience at this restaurant. The chips could be better, but I really enjoyed their salsa. I ordered the carne asada plate which came with cebollitas, a grilled jalapeño, rice and beans topped with cheese and half an avocado. They did a good job trimming the fat from the steak this time, which was a pleasant surprise. My child had a cheese quesadilla with beans, which was a good value. We topped off our meal with horchatas from the machine. The service was excellent.
I loved this place! The food is really delicious. From Oceanside, CA 18 years ago, returning to eat at this point the food is as amazing as ever. Your Salsa Bar is perfect. Very highly recommended all try to come every dish I guarantee that you are not disappointed. The entire staff made me feel like I was at home was attentive to the entire group needs. The restaurant Ambiente is cozy.
I came to eat with my husband and children. I order parillada de Mariscos, meat and chicken I do understand things got more expensive however I got more vegetables than meats I would off appreciate to pay higher but to have enough meat. My husband order the mojara frita and it was not as taste. The only reason I am putting a 4 because the staff where nice and friendly.
I love this place, don't get me wrong. some of the best seafood in oceanside. I only give it one less star because my service was not so great. i get it . its a sunday and people are busy but it just seemed like we were an after thought. the food was spectacular! just the service was little lacking.... ; , I won't stop going here! thats for sure Reserva una mesa ahora
You will appreciate the excellent attention to detail when placing your order. The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional, and if you're in the mood for fresh Mexican seafood, this is the spot to go to. My wife really enjoys the chap!
5/10. Good service, people are nice but I came for the food. Rice was bland, parillada was not what I expected at all. It was a plate with mixed veggies and variety of seafood. Food was just decent, not delicious. I wouldn’t urge to come back.
The ceviche was absolutely delicious! Our waiter was kind and even made recommendations. My husband's had the California burrito and loved it. Overall clean restaurant and fast service. The guacamole was bland, wouldn't recommend it.
