UPDATE 11/5/23: I’ve been a regular at Marker 37 for over a year now, so I’ll share some more detailed thoughts. The location is fantastic, and there’s usually parking available, though it can get tricky when the weather is nice. Most of the staff are quite good, but you’ll need to ask for water refills—points off for that since they don’t tend to check in. Be cautious with soda refills, though; they charge $3 each, which feels a bit excessive. It's also disappointing to hear that Dylan seems to be leaving!
The lead chef has retired, and some dishes seem to have improved a bit, but personally, I find the menu is becoming a bit stale. I would love to see more variety in their sandwich optio...
This restaurant has the best view of the CT River It is next to the marina, so you get to check out all the boats and relax by the water. There is a beautiful, nautical themed restaurant area inside and then the patio area that extends from the indoor dining area out onto the grassy part next to the water with Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the view with a drink and companions. Upstairs is an event space that has its own deck overlooking the river. Everything is chic and has a feeling of newness. What a perfect day to eat yummy food and look out at the beautiful Connecticut River! This venue offers delicious food in a perfect location. The seafood was recommended, but we opted for the chicken tika rolls and a burger . Both were prepared the way we like them. The chicken was served with a small side of guacamole and salsa and the burger had a side of fries. I asked for a coffee at the end which I took to the yard and sat in one of the comfy tables closer to the water. The best part was the coffee was only $2.00.. not upcharged like so many places we have been to lately. They only take reservations for 6 or more so go off times or be prepared to wait.
I am giving 5 stars for the view and ambiance! The view is really good. The restaurant is right on the river. They have a lot of outdoor seating. There are boats all around. I bet you could take your boat to the marina and then leave it there while you eat! I thought the food was okay! It's not the best restaurant I've ever been to, but it's not the worst. The lobster tacos had a great portion of lobster but it was a little chewy. The Brussels sprouts were fine but not a great portion. Service was okay overall! There were some really nice people and some less nice people. Also, I got a drink, and it was really strong!

When we arrived , it was a 30 minute wait inside or out under shade , except for the couches outside . We took them . In retrospect, we shouldn't have . The heat was brutal . The view was amazing . Probably best to see at dusk . Ordered guacamole app . It was ok . Lunches though were great . My burger was on a brioche roll . Cooked perfectly and fries fresh . My friend had a nice salad with tuna as a side in it . Fresh sliced . Not in a can . Service they are young . I would suggest they stop by tables more often but it's so busy . Sure they're doing the best they can .
Great view, great service and excellent food. This gem is right on the Connecticut River and right next to a marina. Great views from the patio. For an appetizer I got the calamari. It's not easy to cook right. This was done perfectly. One of our table mates ordered a creative clam, corn and jalapeno chowder. The only negative about the food was the guacamole I had had turned and was not pleasant at all. Everything else was as near perfect as possible. PS our sever was enthusiastic about her menu recommendations. We will definitely go back.
Nice place. We sat on the patio that over looks the CT river. This place is in the middle of a boat marina, so it was kinda loud with the boats going by and even a few planes landing on the river. The servers are all young, friendly and polite. We got the chips and guacamole that was ok. I got a lobster roll. I thought it was small on first glance but they packed it full of lobster and had a side of butter to dip with too that made it really good. Nice place I'd go back again.
The food was OK. The service and ambiance were excellent. Not from SF as the name says I am local and keep my boat in the next Marina. It is a great place to bring friends apres boating.

Great views and atmosphere, great service, incredible food. A top restaurant in the shoreline area, one of our favorites.
