Customers choose their food and drinks, pay and tip in advance. They then take a receipt, find a table, and hope that a server will eventually come over to take their order and inform the kitchen of their table number. I had a pleasant surprise while searching for lunch at the huge Kop Mall. The restaurant was quiet, clean, and beautiful, with excellent staff. I enjoyed a large ice cream (a bonus for me) and a delicious meal of bolognese with chicken meatballs and mildly spicy sausage. The food was excellent! The staff was very attentive and proactive. I will definitely be returning as there are other items on the menu I would like to try. Additionally, in these Covid times, customers can add a tip to their credit card/debit card payment at the counter if they are unable to leave cash on the table.

On occasion, when ordering takeout, your food may sit in the kitchen without being brought out promptly. After waiting 20 minutes for a simple salad, requesting the staff to check on your order may result in it being brought out immediately, indicating that it had been sitting in the kitchen unattended for some time.

The service quality at this restaurant has declined significantly in the past year. During my last two visits, the experience was unsatisfactory. The server only took our order and brought drinks, neglecting to bring the bread and butter she had offered. There was no follow-up to check on our meal or refill our drinks. Additionally, they no longer provide the chocolate mints at the end of the meal. I recommend improving staff training.

I was pleasantly surprised by how fantastic the food was at this restaurant. For less than $20, we ordered a cup of chicken soup, a cheddar biscuit, and a chicken panini with a side Caesar salad. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the panini was absolutely delicious. I also loved the cookies. It felt like a more upscale version of the cheddar biscuit from Red Lobster.

So not only did they raise the price of the cheese steak, but they lowered the amount that you get to 6oz. So now you pay $10 for a roll with steak that only fills half the roll? I got the number to talk to the owner or manager and the number was disconnected? Do better Market Place, Do better.... This is a rip off... And I use to come to you guys 2-4 times a week. Pleasantly surprised the food was fantastic. For under $20 we got a cup of chicken noodle soup, a cheddar biscuit, and a Sante Fe chicken panini with a side Caesar salad. Everything was fresh and full of flavor and the panini was absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed the biscuit, too. It was like an upscale version of the Red Lobster cheddar biscuit.

The soup was delicious, but the lunchtime ordering system was a bit strange. I recommend trying the Cranberry Turkey sandwich, it's really good!
