Having used Marmaris for many years I was absolutely disgusted by the service tonight. Meal ordered at 8.30pm via phone and told delivery time was 40 minutes. After an hour we rang to get an update only to be told the delivery was out and going to Edge Hill first and would be with us soon...fast forward half an hour and we finally got our long overdue meal which by this time was stone cold and promptly sent back with the delivery driver! Not only did they fail to deliver within the specified time they also totally failed to deliver an edible meal. Thoroughly disgusted with the service and wont be ordering or recommending for the foreseeable future. Do not recommend at all!!!
Tried over 20 times to order on the phone to no avail. Went in person before 7 and placed my order and paid, was told 15-20 minutes. Returned at 7:15 to be met by confused looks and no food at all. Had to totally repeat the order and then waited, and waited, and waited... At 7:40 they finally put the chicken burger on to cook. Lots of orders had come and gone, but they just said they were busy. Finally at 7:50 someone said “sorry” but it was countered with the comment “what do you want me to do, cry?” The most awful service ever... They even offered free chips, but they also didn’t give us those too
I am a frequent customer (and EHU student) at mamaris and the food is always as exceptional as the staff. Amir is a wonderful and genuine guy who treats the customers with respect and in a very friendly manner, and always has a smile on his face, and the rest of his staff are just as welcoming. If I ever buy takeaway food in ormskirk I will go to Mamaris, the food always tastes great and it’s a very friendly atmosphere. Thanks Amir! Top man!
Fantastic value for money with large portions that are really tasty and fresh. Although the staff and take away have always been spotlessly clean since reopening after the Corona outbreak the staff have stepped up to another level and I have seen them using antibacterial sprays and handgel after each customer and they have been keeping the rules about distance, well done guys and see you soon!

The worst service! Waited over 75 mins for our order chased twice, order still not ready for delivery. If we’d known we wouldn’t have placed the order. Hungry child and a husband waiting to eat after driving for six hours. Loyal customers up until tonight but due to the poor service and management’s arrogant response, we won’t be ordering again.
The food was good but the customer service was awful.. the blonde girl making threats was awful, I’m sorry but who makes threats when you’re ordering food. She needs to find another because this is awful
Wow just wow! Me and my friend go here all the time, all the staff are so lovely and the food is just yum such good prices too!! Love it here would recommend to everyone #welovemamaris
Worst kebab I’ve ever had. Tasteless; over priced. Mixed kebab came with a 1p large wrap. Hardly any shish. Won’t go again. Tight with red salt too when asked for plenty on fries.

Everything I have tried is good, burgers, pizzas, but the shish kebab is delicious and top quality. Highly recommended.
Peter was amazing he confirmed our half and half order. Pay rise for Peter!!! Chips were amazing!!!!
