"Got our food as take out. Amazing food, my only dream come true is if they had delivery. But their customer service was above and beyond when they were out of their bean curry topping. Wishing I had some of their ramen right now!"

The food was absolutely delicious and tasted very authentic, which is always a plus in my book. And the prices were more than reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. The cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant made for a great dining experience, and the staff were some of the friendliest and most accommodating. One thing that really impressed me was that the default tip was 12%, which speaks volumes about the integrity of the restaurant. They don't push customers to pay ridiculous high tips, which is a refreshing change from many other places I've been to. I definitely plan on coming back more than once! (actually, I've already visited this place more than five times)That being said, it's important to note that during peak hours (such as holidays and dinner times), the wait time can range from 15 45 minutes. But despite this, they still accept larger parties and the washroom is conveniently located and well maintained. The only downside that I noticed is that the food can be a bit salty for some, ask for some water to drink. However, this is a minor issue and shouldn't deter anyone from trying out this amazing restaurant.Additionally, there is free parking available at the rear, although it can be hard to find a spot during busy times. But don't let that discourage you from checking this place out it's definitely worth it!All in all, I would highly recommend this ramen joint to anyone looking for a tasty and affordable meal.

Very mediocre. Best part of the experience was the food and even that was only average; everything is under seasoned, ordered extra menma for my soup which was brought first to table before everything else (why not just add it to the soup? or bring it all together). There is no salt at the table but instead a mysterious clear liquid labeled salty sauce which seems to be salt+water? Never seen this before anywhere, but either way is very off putting.I ordered the chashu ramen. Portion is standard, and the meat generous but the whole thing was just so bland. From the soup, to the noodles, to the chashu, to the menma.Service also felt like it was very transactional and missing an element of care. Unlike every other ramen spot I 've been to, this place felt unwelcoming.Years ago, after dine-in restrictions were lifted, I had one of the worst bowls of ramen here--its a shame that, since then, the food hasn 't improved and the service has gotten worse.2/5

I thought it was good. The broth was on the heavy side it had enough flavour, the meat was also enjoyable. The ramen noodles are weird, they were thinner and denser than most ramen places and didn't feel like ramen noodles. They really do care a lot about the customers, they clearly informed us that they only take card, and asked twice about allergies, but that may not be ideal if you're just looking for a quick meal.

Pretty good ramen. Not much meat, but the broth was creamy and delicious. Spicy option is not too spicy. What impressed me most was 12% option for a tip. I don't think it's fair keeping 18% as a bottom tip percentage (as do most places nowdays).
