This used to be one of my favorite places, however not anymore! I had a reservation for 7:00 for 2 people. Walked in and hostess advised we’d have to wait 40 min. I advised we had a reservation we shouldn’t have to wait. She sat us in a booth a few moments later two other tables were seated as well. Several waiters and waitresses walked by and never asked if we wanted a drink or took our order however the table seated after us had drinks their order was taken. So I asked a server walking by if we can get drinks and place our order. She said someone will be with you soon. First time there. We had dinner on the roof with live music. Really great atmosphere, people having fun, good food, very reasonable prices, and a very friendly server. They have kept their prices down while everyone else tends to gouge a little bit.  We will absolutely go back! 
The food and drinks were great as always! Service was a little slow and our waiter was never checking on our full party, but each individual table which slowed down ordering. Otherwise he was very nice and did a great job during the rush of tables.
I have booked a standard table, and based on photos of the restaurant, expected to sit inside. instead we arrived and only that dach was open and it was a cool evening! the dach has a nice mood, but it wasn't what we expected.

The staff didn’t wipe the table before we sat down and never brought out plates for appetizers. The food had no flavor whatsoever. This was the worst attempt at Mexican food I have ever experienced.
Meeting the owner made the experience a great one, Joanne was a lovely host and this is a beautiful place to eat and drink at! HAVE PATIENCE WITH THE STAFF! The drinks are amazing!!!
eating seems simply blah, overall mas was very good, but lately underwhelmed, presentation and taste is very averaged. waitress was really nice and attentive
The server was amazing and the food was great. The roof-top makes this a one-of-a-kind hangout spot in all of West Chester. A must-do.
