Meine Frau und ich waren zum ersten Mal bei Masa. Wir waren in jeder Hinsicht begeistert! Ein Feuerwerk der Sinne für Augen und Gaumen. Wer selbst mit Leidenschaft zu Hause kocht, kann erahnen, was für eine Arbeit und Erfahrung in jedem Gericht stecken. Auch die Weinempfehlungen waren ungewöhnlich und umwerfend. Wir saßen an der Theke und konnten den Köchen bei der Finalisierung der Gerichte zuschauen. Das Team war perfekt eingespielt. Die Zusammenarbeit funktionierte nahezu lautlos, ohne Worte, was ich so in noch keinem anderen Restaurant erlebt habe. Geschmacklich gab es unglaublich viel zu entdecken. Alles schmeckte unterschiedlich, aussergewöhnlich, war von hervorragender Qualität, Origi...
Ein außergewöhnlich kulinarisches Erlebnis. Jeder Gang überzeugt durch Präzision, Balance und eine klare, eigenständige Handschrift. Die Aperitifs sind ebenso durchdacht wie inspirierend und setzen den Ton für den Abend. Der Service ist aufmerksam und herzlich – insbesondere die Gastgeberin verleiht dem Erlebnis eine persönliche Note. Ein kleines, bewusst minimalistisch gestaltetes Restaurant, dessen reduziertes Interieur die Küche stilvoll in den Mittelpunkt rückt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
spectacular delightful experience of the special art. exquisite ingredients creatiw and deliciously prepared, artistically presented and lovingly served by the very attentive and expert hostes. we had the omakase menu, with each gang the team has surpassed itself — it was great! the restaurant is quite small, I recommend to sit at the theke, it is impressive to observe how the foods are prepared and dressed. surely a costly but unique pleasure and culinary highlight. absolutely recommended!
first-class food. very accommodating and intrusive. eat and drink very well explained. pleasant, quiet, relaxed and intimate (the restaurant is very small) atmosphere. the timing of the courses was very good. not too long hectic.

overall very good, however, it is a bit irritating that if you have the outside places at the theke, you are constantly leaning behind one. that disturbs the atmosphere.
the ambiente reminds more of an expanded cellar. the price-performance ratio is limit value. the kitchen very good.
