We started with the bruschetta and fried mozzarella wedges. The bruschetta was unremarkable, and the mozzarella wedges were a bit greasier than we would have liked. For our main courses, my partner ordered the Baked Penne, while I chose the skirt steak special. The penne had good flavor, but the sauce was a bit too watery for our taste. My steak was cooked perfectly, but I found the wine sauce to be overpowering.
For dessert, we tried the cheesecake and the carrot cake. The cheesecake was delicious, though there was a little too much sour cream for my taste. My partner was disappointed with the carrot cake, as it was extremely hard. In total, with the tip, our bill was between $120 and $150...
Great place for a nice Italian dinner. Have been going a decade+ with my family and friends. Really enjoy sitting at the bar and getting well poured drinks and excellent bar pies. This fam owned restaurant really makes you feel at home. Def check it out! Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options and more than flexible staff to make any dish offered vegetarian friendly. Parking: Have been here regularly for 12 years and never had an issue finding/using the free and well-designed parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent ramp and very accommodating staff.
Service amazing, pasta delicious! I wasn't wowed over the calamari it was a bit thin and the sauce said peppers and I definitely didn't expect jalapeños at an Italian restaurant. But! The pasta! As a jersey native it's rare that I will eat pasta in my current state and always want to try when I am home. This was such a. Treat! Tagliatelle, marscapone cream, lemon, and lots of fresh arugula. Amazing! The service was helpful and sweet! Definitely recommend.
A little disappointing, food not great. Expected better, FraDiavalo was over the top hot ? so not enjoyable. Had a dish with hot sausage and broccoli rabe but also not tasty, sausage was more like very charred bits of meat, way too many onions in the dish and not very flavorful. They do serve good sized portions but I will not be back.

The food was great, but the female server had a noticeable attitude and seemed to ignore our table during our visit on Friday. It's important to appreciate having a job rather than taking out frustrations on customers. As a result, we did not leave as generous a tip as we usually would.
Eh. Switched one pasta for another and while handing me my food the waitress mentions she forgot to tell the kitchen about my substitute. Prices were higher than on the menu. Had high hopes but everything from the food to the service fell flat.
Excellent food. Specials were all unique and fantastic. Attentive wait staff and atmosphere. Teriyaki calamari was a strike of brilliance! Good wines and atmosphere for a cozy Italian night out.
The shrimp farfalle was one of the top 10 meals I've ever had! The sauce deserves to be jarred and sold. Our waiter, Will, was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

I can confidently say the veal parm had the best veal I’ve ever tasted.
